How much a ready-made company in Ukraine costs
The cost of a ready-made company has four parts: the company itself, support for the share transfer, the notary and the state fee. The law sets the state fee at UAH 1,000 per registration action. What a ready-made company costs — in short
The administrative fee for a registration action is UAH 1,000, and UAH 750 when the documents are filed electronically (art. 36 parts 1 and 5, Law of Ukraine No. 755-IV, rates from 1 January 2026).
The payment for a ready-made Ukrainian company has four parts: the price of the company, support for the share transfer, the notary at the notary’s rate and the administrative fee of UAH 1,000 per registration action. The company price depends on registration year, VAT, turnover and licence and is shown on its card in the selection. Every part is listed separately in the invoice.

What moves the price of a company
Two ready-made companies can differ in price many times over, and the difference comes from their history.
- Age. A company registered in 2015 usually costs more than one registered in 2026: a bank, a leasing company and a tender customer look at the date in the register. 25 companies in our selection were registered before 2012 — shelf companies.
- VAT status. An active VAT registration removes a separate stage for the buyer: the application, the wait and the risk of refusal. 346 of our 468 companies are VAT payers — Ukrainian LLC with VAT.
- Turnover and reporting. A company with filed statements and confirmed turnover is what a credit or a tender needs, and its price follows the turnover.
- Licence. A construction licence from scratch takes from 14 working days. A company with a valid licence removes this term, which is why construction companies are usually the most expensive in our selection — ready-made construction company.
- Debts and risk. Tax debt, an open enforcement proceeding or a risky VAT payer status pull the price down. We name such facts before the deal and advise the buyer to check the company personally — EDRPOU company check.
- Scope of changes. Replacing the participants and the director is the base set. A change of KVED, charter or address and a VAT registration add work, and we count it in the support fee.
Extra costs for a foreign buyer
A foreign buyer pays the same four parts. The foreign side adds documents with their own costs, paid to whoever issues them:
- Individual. A Ukrainian taxpayer number, which foreigners who become founders of Ukrainian companies receive in the State Register of Individual Taxpayers (item 70.1 Tax Code of Ukraine).
- Company. An extract from its home register issued no earlier than one month before filing (art. 15 part 1 item 13-1 Law No. 755-IV), with an apostille or consular legalisation (item 13).
- Translation. A certified Ukrainian translation of every foreign-language document (item 14).
- Signing from abroad. A notarised power of attorney for a representative; a foreign notarial act needs an apostille or legalisation too.
