Who this fits

A company with a live register entry and a clear history sells fastest. The rest we take as well, with a note in the card.

A sole proprietor status cannot be transferred: it belongs to the individual. For a sole proprietor there is closure — write to us and we will explain the procedure.

Listing is free. The group earns on deal support paid by the buyer and on liquidation when the company is closed.

How it works

The group performs the transfer from 3 business days (legal.ua). The registration action for changing founders and director takes 1 business day according to the published legal.ua price list.

Step 1 The form. We answer within 1 business day and clarify the details by phone.
Step 2 Verification. The code is checked in the Ministry of Justice register, Opendatabot and YouControl. The verification date is printed next to the code.
Step 3 The card. EDRPOU code, year of registration, VAT status, city, licence and the price or "price on request".
Step 4 The buyer. A manager handles enquiries: documents, price talks.
Step 5 The deal. Notarised sale of corporate rights, then the registration action — change of members and director.

What we need from you

The form goes to a manager. Only what is confirmed by documents or by the open register is published in the card.

Debts and obligations

The sale of corporate rights changes the members and the director. Obligations stay with the legal entity: tax debt, loans, contracts and court cases pass to the new owner together with the company.

That is why the lot card carries a separate line about debts and court cases with the date of the check. The buyer sees the code and verifies the company in three open sources.

Some companies find no buyer: no turnover, debts, old tax issues. For them the second road works — liquidation.

All lots sit in the catalogue for free, ordered by date and verification state. Priority display is set by a manager by hand and has no price list at the moment. If you need priority, tick it in the form and we will discuss it separately.

How buying a ready-made company works

The catalogue holds registered Ukrainian legal entities with an EDRPOU code and a registration date. You pick a company, a manager reconciles its data with the Unified State Register and supports the transfer: preparing the participants' resolution, notarising the signatures and filing with the state registrar.
